As part of the Lousã Autumn Flavours Gastronomic Festival, ACTIVAR is promoting a Sweet Cornbread in a Wood-fired Oven workshop on 19 and 26 October, accompanied by a walk.
In this workshop, each participant is invited to learn traditional techniques for making sweet cornbread, baked in a wood-fired oven, and to taste the final result accompanied by tea. In the middle of the morning, there will be a walk of about 2.5 km on a nature trail, allowing participants to share their experiences.
The activity starts at 9 a.m. in the area surrounding Lagar Mirita Sales and lasts approximately four hours. Registration is mandatory [link on the right].
