The Museum and Arts Center hosts the photography exhibition related to the "A Ver Figueiró dos Vinhos" 2022 photography contest, which took place between March 1st and September 30th, under the theme "Natural Heritage".
The exhibition can be visited until January 8, 2023. The jury of the “Natural Heritage” edition was professor Margarida Herdade Lucas, curator Maria de Aires Silveira and filmmaker Rafael Almeida, who had the difficult task of appreciating the union between technique, sensitivity and creativity, in order to award the three podium prizes.
The initiative, organized with the Municipalities of Saint Maximin (France) and Perkata (Hungary), aims to encourage, recognize, reward and disseminate the creativity of amateur or professional photographers, as well as recognize new ways of looking at the municipality, promoting it within the scope regional and in its twinning with Saint Maximin.
