This August, ACTIVAR brings together youth, sustainability, and traditions through the Mini Eco-Festival, taking place on August 8th, 9th, and 10th. The initiative promotes a sustainable lifestyle while celebrating the natural and cultural heritage of the Schist Villages and the Lousã Mountains.
With a strong community and educational component, the festival involves local youth, ACTIVAR volunteers, and participants from the European Solidarity Corps in a program that focuses on outdoor activities, creative workshops, and moments of non-formal education.
The initiative aims to encourage active youth participation, fostering a deeper connection with nature, traditions, and the identity of the mountain communities.
