Borrego à Mesa Gastronomy Festival

The Borrego Serra da Estrela will be featured in over twenty restaurants in Oliveira do Hospital during the second edition of the Borrego à Mesa Gastronomy Festival, taking place from January 31 to February 2.

This initiative, organized by the Municipality of Oliveira do Hospital, aims to showcase one of the region's finest products while attracting more visitors to experience its unique flavors.

The event is supported by ANCOSE (National Association of Serra da Estrela Sheep Breeders) and Estrela COOP (Serra da Estrela Cheese Producers Cooperative, CRL).
