Starting from artistic woodturning, Idálio Dias explores various wood sculpture techniques which he applies to other materials. Nature is at the root of his work, either by providing the raw material or as an inspiring source of forms, colours and textures. “Seixos” (“Pebbles”) is the name of the piece he presented in the Água Musa project. For Agriculture Lusitana he created "Saboneteiras" (“Soap Dishes”) and "Taças da Horta” (“Vegetable Bowls”).
